Liquid-Cooled Cold Plate for Automotive Power Electronics with Shark-Inspired Flow Guides
The flow guides were based on a warped gyroid lattice structure. Their geometry smoothly stirs the flow around the curved channels to eliminate spots with zero flow velocity. At the same time, it dramatically increases the contact area between the liquid and the aluminium heat sink.
